U-value Training
How to calculate U-values in accordance with BR 443
(7½ hours of CPD)
In March 2006, the BR 443 "Conventions for U-value calculations" was published. Calculation of accurate U-values are now a mandatory checklist requirement when producing SAP 2005 or SBEM emission calculations. Make sure your U-value calculations are produced correctly.

Understanding SBEM, SAP & the Code for Sustainable Homes (3½ hours of CPD)
This half day seminar is designed specifically for Building Control personnel to promote an increased understanding of the Building Regulations Part L, the whole building Energy Calculation requirements and Energy Performance Certificates. After attendance delegates should be able to provide useful guidance to their clients to ensure compliance is achieved. The seminar will also discuss the additional Energy Efficiency requirements of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
