In addition to these services we find that many clients prefer BuildDesk to assist with:

• U-value calculations
• Design evaluation when a building design fails its initial Part L compliance assessment,
  investigations to find out how the design can be changed to meet the compliance requirements
• Adapting the calculations to provide the compliance checklist needed for the building after it has been constructed (as required by ADL2A paragraph 66) This as-constructed calculation has to take into account the measured air permeability of the building, along with any other changes that occurred after the approval of the design. We would have to be provided with this information.

These services are provided on a per hour consultancy rate of £100 (+VAT).
