SBEM Calculations and Services
BuildDesk has staff qualified as Competent Persons to assist you with SBEM calculations and compliance with Part L of the Building Regulations in England and Wales (Approved Document L2A), Section 6 Non Domestic 2007 in Scotland and Part F2 2006 in Northern Ireland. Calculations performed by Competent Persons can be accepted without further checking by Building Control.
