Home Information Pack
As part of the Home Information Pack, EPC’s were introduced for newly constructed dwellings on the 6th April, our Energy Design software has been updated to incorporate the generation of Predictive Energy Assessments, EPC’s and the accompanying recommendations report.
On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor
Those wishing to generate EPC’s must be suitably qualified and members of an On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor Accreditation Scheme. BuildDesk is pleased to be in partnership with the BRE which is able to offer suitable training routes and an Approved Accreditation Scheme for customers using our BuildDesk Energy Design software. - Approved for the production of Energy Performance Certificate for new dwellings in England & Wales
- Incorporates the latest SAP 2005 version 9.81 dated January 2008

EPC lodgement pricing
Once qualified and Accredited a new license code is required from BuildDesk to enable lodgement of EPCs via the BRE Accreditation scheme. The BRE Accreditation lodgement fee for Energy Performance Certificates for Newly Constructed Dwellings is £7.50, in addition to this is a Landmark fee of £1.15 and a BuildDesk fee of £4.00. BuildDesk will invoice users directly for the BuildDesk fee.

No charges apply to Predictive Energy Assessments.
